YUNG SIP, 7K, NOYZ AND 3-THIRDS

These Southern artists are from the states of Texas, Georgia, Mississippi, and New Orleans. They came together after joining the Marine Corps. and fighting in Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003-2005). Each one fitting together like an intricate piece of a puzzle the members of SouthuNoyZ collectively bring an alternative perspective to the southern regions. Individually they bring a different yet important part to the group. “NOYZ”, the visionary behind the group, and probably the most experienced brings the quiet storm with his smooth RnB vocals. “3-THIRDS” along with “NOYZ” became the founding members of SouthuNoyZ. “THIRDS” brings the lyrist mentality and thought provoking yet clever word play to put a weak mind on its edge. “YUNG SIP”, the third member of the group, brings the dirt to the mix, with his ‘straight to the point’ grimy lyrics, he brings the pleasures and pains of street life for all to feel. Lastly, 7K “THA KOOL KAT” probably the pivotal member of the group. “SEV” came to be the final member of the four. Because of his constant shifting from city to city, he brings light from the ‘hood to the woods’ and back. 7K’s strong vocals brings the catchy and witty phrases that grasp the attention of the most diehard fans of all genres of music. SouthuNoyZ diversity is apparent throughout their music, ranging form the traditional southern crunk of “Big Rymz” and “Fitted Hat” to the more thoughtful sounds of “10 in tha Wind” and “SoouthuN Rude”. Not to mention the ‘ode to the south of “Kuntry”. “SouthuNoyZ” has shared the stage with Ja Rule, Destiny’s Child, Kiss, Tha Alkaholiks, and Mary J. Blige; performing for over thousands of people. The group has their sights set on getting into the music industry, as they continue to work on becoming an Independent group and strive to complete their first album (knocking out 6 completed tracks in one 10 hour recording session. It’s apparent that SouthuNoyZ has something to prove, that they are not a group but a MOVEMENT!
